Meg Navish, PT works with individuals and couples who want to explore what becomes possible when we reconnect with ourselves—and with one another.
You don't need to know which method or service is right for you. Begin with what you're longing for.
For times when you're changing, searching, growing—or simply longing to feel more fully yourself.
Personal growth · Embodiment · Life transitions · Self-discovery · Aliveness
For couples building a life together—and couples ready to rediscover one another.
Couples · Engaged partners · Newlyweds · Communication · Intimacy · Connection
A card reading based on the Cards of Destiny offers an intriguing and playful way to explore yourself, your relationships, and the patterns shaping your life.
Curiosity · Reflection · Conversation · Discovery
For more than 30 years, Meg's work has centered around one endlessly fascinating subject: the human experience of living in a body.
Her journey began in physical therapy and gradually expanded into trauma-informed perspectives, embodiment, personal growth, intimacy, and relationships. Today, she brings those worlds together in work that is grounded, deeply personal, and unmistakably her own.
Meg begins with what brought you here—the transition, question, longing, pattern, or relationship asking for your attention.
You don't need to choose a technique. You don't need to diagnose yourself. You don't need to have everything figured out.
Together, you explore what wants attention and what might become possible. The work is curious, personal, and shaped around you.

Sometimes the connection begins with someone who senses that Meg's work could be meaningful for another person.
For practitioners wondering whether Meg's non-clinical work might offer meaningful support alongside the care they provide.
For professionals interested in helping engaged couples and newlyweds prepare not only for a beautiful wedding, but for the relationship they are building together.
Sometimes the first step is simply an honest conversation with someone who will listen carefully and meet you where you are.
These are the moments that matter most — when someone finds their way back to themselves, or back to each other.
Meg is one of the most technically skilled, emotionally compassionate, and kind practitioners I have met in my journey to understand myself, and live a more authentic life.
Meg helped me recognize and free myself from the unhelpful thoughts and life patterns that didn't serve me in my journey to a more fulfilled life through thought provoking techniques, based on my own unique history and story.

My first reading with Meg took place at the Oregon Country Fair. I connected strongly with her. I felt seen. We danced together, tapping into my feminine expression through movement. The reading was inspiring, and we ran out of time, so I booked a second reading for the next day.
Meg helped me define and chart a path for what I want in my life in this moment. I am going forward with both a morning practice and a writing practice. These are powerful tools that help me reflect, process and set intentions.
I look forward to continuing my work with Meg. She will be an ongoing, positive, insightful, supportive force in my life.

Meg fosters a safe environment, using techniques like breath work, compassionate understanding, and knowledge of our physical / spiritual connection. Meg has helped me understand the unhealthy patterns I created within my self that I developed over my lifetime. My acceptance of, and ability to release this deep programming has made me more a more grounded, happy and open human.

Meg's breath work class is amazing! Meg creates a supportive, comforting, and beautiful space to explore our thoughts and intentions. I have worked with Meg for years and find the guidance she provides in my journey enlightening and loving.
I thought I knew how to breathe until I took this class. I was surprised by the emotions and memories that were released during this class. I am beyond grateful to have had this experience.
